THE WEIGHT OF SILENT FIRE

HM-ART1533 Acrylic on wooden panel, resin, broken mirror particles, and fluorescent pigment 85 × 85 cm

This work carries the atmosphere of restrained intensity. Created with acrylic, resin, broken mirror particles, and fluorescent pigment, the mask appears marked by heat, pressure, and emotional residue.

The burnt ochre and dark earth tones suggest an inner fire that never fully disappeared. Rather than destruction, the work speaks about endurance — the slow transformation caused by experiences carried too long in silence.

Fragments of mirror embedded in the surface reflect unstable points of light, like memories that continue to return unexpectedly. In darkness, fluorescent elements reveal another hidden layer beneath the visible structure, exposing emotions normally concealed behind composure.

The mask does not cry openly.
It holds its tension inward, allowing only traces to escape.

A portrait of emotional weight carried with dignity — where silence becomes its own form of survival.
