CAPTURING WHAT CANNOT BE SEEN
Before becoming an artist, i spent decades building businesses,
negotiating agreements, and pursuing measurable results.
Yet one question remained:
WHAT TRULY REMAINS OF A HUMAN BEING ?
THE TRANSITION
This question became a turning point.
I moved away from commerce and towards creation-
not as a hobby, but as a necessity.
A necessity to explore presence,
memory and the invisible dimension of 196 extraordinary human beings.
THE ARTISTIC APPROACH
The Titans project is a living archive of human excellence.
Lisbon Eagle is in search of 196 remarkable individuals,
each master in their field, one perspective per nation.
I select them, i understand their journey
and reveal the essence of who they are.
Through conversation, I capture their hands,
their eyes, their presence.
In the timeless language of chiaroscuro,
i immortalize not just their image, but their archetype.
ONE PROJECT, 196 LIVES, 7 ARCHETYPES, ONE TIMELESS PORTRAIT
LISBON EAGLE ON THE LOOKOUT
for 196 exceptional Individuals,
One perspective per nation
THE 7 ARCHETYPES
Each Titan embodies one of the 7 archetypes,
Patterns of greatness. Universal and eternal
THE PORTRAITS
More than a face.
The eyes that saw. The hands that built,
The presence that changed everything.
HM GALLERY 196
Located in Torres Vedras, near Lisbon,
HM Gallery 196 serves as both a physical gallery
and the departure point for an ongoing artistic journey.
A space where artworks, encounters and ideas converge.
The gallery presents my own work,
selected artworks from other artists,
and the evolving universe of the Titans Project.
BEYOND THE WORK
My work is not about objects.
It is about preserving what would otherwise disappear.
Thoughts, encounters, struggles, dreams and the invisible forces that shape a life.
Art becomes a way of giving form to what cannot be seen.
Through sculpture, painting and installation, I continue the search for what remains.
