OUTBREAK OF DAWN
HM-ART1503- Oil on canvas 80x100cm
“There comes a moment
when winning no longer feels like victory.”
He went far.
Further than most.
Through effort,
through discipline,
through a life
that demanded everything.
And he made it.
Or at least—
that’s what it looked like.
Because somewhere along the way,
something slipped.
Quietly.
Without resistance.
He gained the world—
but lost
his reflection in it.
The space around him
grew larger.
But inside—
something emptied.
Not failure.
Not defeat.
Something else.
Absence.
Now he stands
at the edge
of a different world.
No guards.
No barriers.
Only a line
he has never dared to cross.
On the other side—
no promises.
No structure.
No certainty.
Only possibility.
And for the first time—
that is enough.
Because dawn
does not ask permission.
It arrives
when the night
has taken everything it could.
So he prepares.
Not to escape—
but to begin again.
Not as who he became—
but as who he almost forgot.
