This is the story of the giant who daily descends his mountain in the hope of meeting his queen one day.
He starts his descent at “Lovers’ Corner” and descends the treacherous road from the “Mouth of Hell” with his walking stick. To his left he sees medieval walls. He finds 2 paths, one path goes through the ‘Devils Bridge’ to an open field where he comes face to face with the ‘Gaze of the Eagle‘ looking back.
On the other path, he encounters the “Queens Coach”. Despite never being allowed to meet her there, he doesn’t give up. One day he knows that he will succeed.
Both paths go through Rua Casal do Sol either right to the center of Torres Vedras or left to the sea in Santa Cruz.
